Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 28 days after the product is received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 28 days after the estimated delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase to Anna’s address in Ireland.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days of refund approval, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@annafoleysimmons.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Since each item is printed only when an order is made, there is no warehouse for us to store returned items for resale. For that reason, we can’t offer a refund or exchange in cases where you change your mind or don’t like the size or colour. In such a case, any replacements would be at your expense. So please do take care in choosing an appropriate size when making your order.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your it to the Printful Returns address that came with your package. Printful have almost a dozen different Returns addresses, depending on which fulfillment centre was used, so it’s important to check the Returns address enclosed with your package.

This address will only be for shipping returns as Printful are not legally allowed to open any additional correspondence.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What if an order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after Printful’s estimated delivery date. But no worries! Our supplier Printful will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

Please contact us at hello@annafoleysimmons.com and let us know the shipping address so we can make sure it’s correct. It would be helpful if you could also contact the postal service to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, Printful won’t take responsibility and reship that order unfortunately.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: ‘Left under the table on the back porch.’
